Because if this is “standard” for Hymer, I will not bother myself for while about the RH8 code….
I was able to see all the codes via a VIN decoder.

The speed limit (MD3 ) results from the use of AT tires, with size 245/75R16, RH8 coding must be done because it is required for the correct operation of the speed and odometer, as well (most importantly) ESP and therefore 4ETS, as well as all other safety systems. Unfortunately, in the homologation of the Spinter 3.5 t this size is not included and therefore permitted (for emission reasons), nevertheless it can be coded because in the 4.1 (USA) variant it is a standard size.
So it means that I can not swap from 245/75 to 225/75 when I want ( for example, I go for a trip in which there are something like 1000km on the highway where 245/75 are not useful )...
I should go all the time back to MB?
If it is to be in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, you must visit a workshop. Fortunately, the difference in size between 225/75R16 and 245/75R16 is an error of about 4%, so the speedometer readings are not very large (at 100 km/h approx. 4 km/h), so there will be practically no big error because every speedometer lowers the reading. How ESP reacts on larger A/T tires in a critical situation, you can't predict that. Certainly, braking from high speed even on asphalt is not pleasant.
