more power for sprinter 308D

Hallo,
I am french, and I have a SPRINTER 308D (wohnwagen).
I am looking for a solution to have more torque and power, because on the montain's road (Alpes), I can't stay on the 3rd gear because of the lake of torque.
On the motorway, I offen have to stay on the 3rd gear (around 50 km/h).
Is it possible and simple to replace the engine of the 308D by the engine of the 310D or 312D ?
Is there another solution?

il est possible de remplacer le motuer d'une 308D par le moteur d'une 310D/312. Peut-être, qu'il est possible d'incorporer une turbo?

Wie groß ist denn der Aufwand beim Tausch (Getriebe, Motoraufhängung, Elektrik, Kühler ... ?)

Gibt es dann Probleme beim TÜV z.B. wg. der Beremsanlage, oder sind die bei allen Modellen gleich?
