front axle noise

hi i have a 4x4 313cdi and when turning right i get a whining noise from the front right axle and now also slight noise from the left axle any ideas.
also when idiling at traffic lights and pulling away i have white smoke from exhaust for a few seconds i am not losing any coolant could this be my turbo on its way out.

"white" smoke doesn't sound like Turbo related . . oil is black/grey smoke, blue would be fuel . . but white is water, I wouldn't be concerned when you don't have to top up your cooling system . . could be condensation if it's only when driven in traffic and now when the temperatures get colder it will always smoke a bit white until it's warm . .

Hey,
i think it could be the bearing kit, if it changes the noise with curves. May be it would be good to test this. In my case, the right bearingkit does more noise when turning to the left side...
