ZG3/AR5 Rebuild

Hi,

I'm looking for a rebuild kit for my A9062804000 transfer case, this is on a UK spec 2012 516.

I have a issue with the rear output shaft bearing and seal, which is now worn with about 5mm of play up/down etc. this is causing a vibration in the drive line at 70kmh+. I had a issue with the UJ and central bearing on the rear prop originally, which I think caused wear in the transfer case.

I am a proficient engineer so rebuilding would be easy if I can find the correct parts. I have spoken to Oberaigner and they refuse to help only saying I need to buy a new case from Merc, which is a bit out of budget. I have found second hand ones, but again u never know the history and finding someone in the UK that rebuilds these seems impossible.

Any pointers etc would be helpful. Or do I just start pulling the thing apart and looking for the parts by measuring.

Is there a Build /Model Nummer for the Transfercase? Like 711.680 for the TSG360 Manual Gearbox.
